Hi, I am Rob Stevens, the Executive Chef of Ventrus.

I have been a chef for over 30 years, during my career I have managed to gain a vast amount of experience of different cuisines and cookery methods which I plan to share with Ventrus Schools.

My aim is to provide the children with not only healthy food, but to turn the whole event into a dining experience allowing them to taste a wide variety of different yet nutritious foods, this is currently happening in 3 of our schools with a great success rate and will be rolled out to all our schools in the future. Part of my job role is to expand the external catering provision and make school kitchens a viable catering operation; we currently provide the entire Trusts external event catering in-house at cost, this has secured a substantial saving for each event. Did you know that we are able to offer staff and parents the opportunity to use Ventrus Catering to provide hot and cold food for any event they may have? This can be anything from a child’s birthday party to a wedding! The greatest benefit of using Ventrus as your catering option is that we can cater at a reduced rate and ALL PROFIT made goes back into the schools.
